Risk Transfer Realities

This introductory level course addresses the basics of using subcontracts to transfer risk, and understanding how different kinds of insurance coverages may or may not interact with each other. Topics covered include the most common risk transfer contract elements used in construction, how they affect specific policies, as well as claims tendering failures and how to avoid them.
